Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 5 PM EST on a Friday or on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to addresses within the United States.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly from the carrier’s website.

Undeliverable Packages / Incorrect Address It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may charge a re-shipping fee to send the package again. If the customer chooses not to have the item re-shipped, the original shipping cost (even if free for the customer) will be deducted from any refund issued.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for a claim.
