Our Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must have all original tags attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund or subject to a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items Please note that items that are visibly used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Digitalartcrypto LLC is committed to a hassle-free return experience. For all eligible returns, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply attach this label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Restocking Fee We believe in transparent and fair practices. Digitalartcrypto LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our eligibility criteria.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna, or other methods used at checkout) within 7-10 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed for a refund, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Shipping Limitations Please note that Digitalartcrypto LLC currently ships only within the United States. Returns must also originate from a U.S. address.
